Today, Doctor Care Anywhere has an elevated visual and verbal identity and an engaging website designed with user experience in mind. The team can manage it in-house without requiring support from developers.

Doctor Care Anywhere is one of the UK's largest private telehealth services providers.
Founded in 2013, it delivers 24/7 access to premium yet affordable digital healthcare services for businesses, employees, families and individuals.
Doctor Care Anywhere's ambition
As a private digital healthcare provider in the UK, DCA helps patients access the care they need while reducing pressure on the NHS. The company’s website was initially built for a start-up, making it very challenging for DCA’s team to update it in-house. It also hadn’t been optimised for search engines, which was impacting its search engine ranking position and causing the team to lose out on valuable organic traffic.

DCA needed a website built for search engine optimisation (SEO). The internal marketing team wanted to rank higher on Google searches, generate more leads, and ensure that website visitors and potential buyers understood the actual value of DCA’s offering. It also needed to support different user journeys for business-to-business and direct-to-patient visitors.
When asked about the website, they stressed the importance of balancing animation, clear information and a professional and clean aesthetic.
Shaping DCA’s visual and verbal brand
Articulate delivered a brand strategy package for DCA. This provides a well-architected foundation for DCA’s future marketing, and Articulate’s designers and copywriters used it as the strategy blueprint to build a stand-out new website. This included:

For DCA, the website was a barrier to its success. Articulate helped transform it from a static, hard-to-manage website to a visually engaging, easy-to-update website optimised for conversions, user experience, and SEO. So, how did we do it?




A brand-new HubSpot website. By introducing DCA to HubSpot, Articulate enabled DCA’s marketing team to manage changes and updates to the website in-house, with no need for access to a website development team.
A new visual identity. Articulate developed a brand-new colour palette and website design vocabulary that helps DCA stand out from the crowd, elevating DCA’s recognisable elements and adding warmth, depth, and individuality. The team wanted to bring more of its product’s ‘blue’ into the brand while introducing more colours to ensure a dynamic and visually engaging design.
Incorporating and elevating DCA’s essential elements. DCA wanted to keep its original heading font, Quatro Slab. It was also crucial for the team to retain the ‘arc’ shape from its existing logo. In turn, Articulate ensured it presented design directions that complemented and integrated these two existing elements.
An elevated verbal identity for website copywriting. DCA is a human-first company that provides digital medical care, advice and expertise. While it operates online and works with businesses and insurance providers, it is also a patient-facing service. Articulate helped DCA develop a tone of voice that reflects its warmth, expertise and mission to empower people to take charge of their health.
