What exactly is Drive?

Drive is our flexible engagement model that gives you flexible access to our multidisciplinary team, including strategists, writers, designers, HubSpot experts and more. We develop and update a plan together and then Articulate delivers the work.

How do points work?

Articulate Progress Points replace a traditional agency's 'billable hours'. We have a menu of standard deliverables with a pre-agreed points price. You pay a predictable price for deliverables not a variable cost based on however long it takes us to create them. For more bespoke deliverables, we give you a fixed price in advance. We work with you to prioritise what matters most and we use your points to deliver high-impact output. No time-tracking, no task-level negotiations, no billable-hour guesswork.

What can we use Drive for?

Pretty much everything we do: content, SEO/AIO, CRO, HubSpot automation, email sequences, website optimisation, campaigns, reporting, design, landing pages, brand activation and more. If it supports your Difference Engine®, it’s in scope.

Is strategy included?

Yes. Every Drive plan includes consultancy-level advice as part of our quarterly Growth Plan process, and we aim to deliver proactive, broad-view advice during our project management meetings. We don’t separate “thinking” from “doing.” You get strategic guidance, prioritisation and ongoing recommendations plus the execution to make it happen. We can also deliver a range of deep-dive brand, content, automation and website strategy projects.

How flexible is it really?

Very. Your focus can change every month without paperwork. One month might be CRO and reporting; the next could be thought leadership, HubSpot workflows and design updates. Drive flexes with your business and your goals.

What’s the commitment?

Most people start with a 3-month kick-off engagement so we can build traction, then move to rolling quarterly or annual plans. It’s long-term value without long-term handcuffs. Even with a long-term engagement, we offer flexible cancellation terms. We share the efficiency gains of a longer engagement with you in the form of a lower cost per point.

Do unused points roll over?

If you don’t use all your points in a month, you can roll the unused points into the next one. Similarly, if we need to surge forward one month, we can borrow ahead some points from the next. We also help you plan ahead so you rarely have leftover points.

How do you decide what to work?

We start with your goals, campaign calendar and performance data supported by quarterly strategic Growth Plan reviews. Then we prioritise work with you in regular planning workshops. Think of it as flightpath planning for your marketing engine.

What if we need something urgently?

Drive includes rapid prioritisation. If something urgent arises, such as an announcement, a hot opportunity, or a CRO issue, we reallocate points to address it. Enterprise plans include priority response SLAs.

What makes Drive different from other agency retainers?
