The Pro content strategy is more comprehensive than our Starter package, equipping you with more strategic content ideas and plans backed by more in-depth workshops and analysis. This process requires around two months to complete so it’s best-suited for established marketing teams, but we’ve still designed it to run as efficiently as possible.
What’s included?
Up to five hours of desk research to:
- Review your existing ICPs, personas and key messages
- Explore your existing content
- Review your competitors’ content (up to three competitors)
A content gap analysis, which explores the topics, themes and formats your competitors are using that you are not (and vice versa.)
Two hero campaigns, each consisting of a title and summary for one piece of flagship content, key messaging and rationale and target SEO keywords, as well as working titles, SEO keyword rationale and outlines for 12 pieces of non-flagship, supporting content, such as thought leadership articles, case studies or educational guides.
An SEO keyword gap analysis which takes a deeper dive into the keywords your competitors rank for that you don’t, flagging areas of opportunity for content.
Expert, tailored content strategy recommendations not included in our Starter package that underpin your creative content and drive its performance.
The timeline
The precise timeline depends on timely cooperation from you, the client, and also our resource availability at the time of signing but the steps are as follows:
- Contract signed
- Discovery call and ideation workshop take place
- Desk research, content gap analysis and SEO keyword gap analysis are completed
- Hero campaigns, ideation and content strategy recommendations are completed
- Handover and Q&A meeting takes place
