Our Enterprise package can provide a full year’s content strategy or supplement a wider content strategy, focusing on a specific product, service line or topic. It includes a comprehensive audit of your existing content, tailored SEO insights, and targeted content strategy recommendations. It also includes the development of four hero campaigns, rooted in SEO analysis and thought leadership expertise. This includes:
- The title and outline for four pieces of flagship content based on your specific goals (such as an annual report or an interactive tool).
- The titles and outlines for 24 pieces of supporting, non-flagship thought leadership content, such as articles, blog posts, or infographics.

Our Enterprise content strategy is our most extensive content package, perfect for large, complex businesses with large, complex offerings. You might have multiple personas, products or locations, with an ambition to improve brand equity and win market share through powerful thought leadership and focused, effective SEO. This package involves extensive analysis and provides comprehensive direction for your content marketing, so you’ll need a marketing team or department to support strategy delivery and execution. The Enterprise content strategy is more comprehensive than our Pro package, including acontent audit and more in-depth content strategy recommendations. This process requires a minimum of three months to run so it’s best-suited for established marketing teams, but we’ve still designed it to run as efficiently as possible.

Four hero campaigns each including a title and summary for one piece of flagship content, key messaging and rationale, target SEO keywords and suggestions for supporting content formats.
An SEO keyword gap analysis which takes a deeper dive into the keywords your competitors rank for that you don’t, flagging areas of opportunity for content.
A content audit exploring the quality of your existing content, including recommendations for content to merge, update, remove or recycle.
An ideation which includes working titles, SEO keyword rationale and outlines for up to 24 pieces of content such as thought leadership articles, case studies or educational guides.
The option to tailor the content strategy recommendations to up to three service lines or business units.
Content strategy recommendations to elevate and improve your content output, including best practices, industry expertise and tailored advice.
The timeline
The precise timeline depends on timely cooperation from you, the client, and also our resource availability at the time of signing but the steps are as follows:
- Contract signed
- Discovery call and ideation workshop take place
- Desk research, content gap analysis, SEO keyword gap analysis and content audit are completed
- Hero campaigns, ideation and content strategy recommendations are completed
- Handover and Q&A meeting takes place
Required workshops
- A two-hour discovery call to get to know you, your brand and your current approach to content marketing.
- A 1.5 hour ideation workshop to explore the potential topics and themes of your content.
- A 1.5 hour handover and Q&A session to deliver ideation and hero campaign.
